Sportlist is a platform that helps parents in Egypt discover, compare, and book trials with kids' sports academies. Sportlist facilitates the connection and booking request between parents and academies — academies are independent businesses responsible for the activities, coaching, and facilities they provide.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the parent or legal guardian of any child whose profile you create, to use Sportlist. By adding a child's profile, you confirm you have the authority to do so on their behalf.

By using Sportlist, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating an account, child profile, booking, or review
• Use the platform for lawful purposes only
• Not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to harm the platform, other users, or listed academies

Sportlist reserves the right to suspend or restrict access in cases of misuse, fraud, or fake listings/reviews.

We work to keep academy listings accurate and current, and academies are verified as part of our review process. However, Sportlist does not guarantee that every detail (pricing, schedules, availability) is error-free at all times. Parents should confirm details directly with the academy, especially before a trial or enrollment.

• Submitting a "Book a Trial" or "Enroll Now" request through Sportlist sends your request to the academy, who will confirm, decline, or follow up with you directly.
• Sportlist does not currently process payments for bookings, trials, or enrollments through the platform — any payment arrangements are made directly between you and the academy.
• Booking status (Pending, Confirmed, Declined) is tracked in your account so you can follow up on your request.

Academy owners are responsible for:

• The accuracy of their listing, programs, pricing, coaches, and branch information
• Responding to leads and bookings in a timely manner
• Complying with all applicable laws relevant to operating a sports academy for children, including safety and supervision standards

Sportlist reserves the right to review, edit, verify, feature, or remove listings to maintain platform quality and trust.

Reviews must reflect a genuine experience with an academy. Sportlist may moderate reviews before publishing and reserves the right to remove reviews that are fraudulent, abusive, or unrelated to a real booking. Users may edit or delete their own reviews at any time from their account.

Sportlist may offer premium features to academy owners (e.g. featured placement, promotional support, analytics). Any features currently offered at no cost as part of a founding or early-access period are provided on that basis and may become part of a paid plan in the future, with reasonable notice to affected academies.

Sportlist is not responsible for:

• The quality, safety, supervision, or outcome of any activity, program, or academy
• Disputes between parents and academies
• Any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in an academy's activities

Participation in any academy's programs is at the parent's and academy's own responsibility. Sportlist is a discovery and booking-facilitation platform, not the operator of any sports activity.

All content on Sportlist — including text, logos, design, and platform features — is the property of Sportlist unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute this content without written permission.

Sportlist may link to academy websites or social media pages. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these external sites.

We aim to keep Sportlist available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times.

Sportlist may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including fraudulent listings, fake reviews, or misuse of the platform. Users may also close their own account at any time.

These Terms may be updated as Sportlist grows. Material changes will be posted here with a revised date.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
